1. Who we are
Closet Ledger is a personal tool operated by its owner for affiliate marketing campaign organization and Google Ads keyword research. The application name is Closet Ledger. Contact: contact at oppoclothes.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy describes Closet Ledger’s collection and use of Google user data obtained through the Google Ads API when the owner authorizes Closet Ledger. Closet Ledger is used by the owner to manage the owner’s own Google Ads accounts for affiliate marketing research. This website itself does not collect visitor account passwords or payment card data.
3. Data Closet Ledger collects / accesses
When the owner connects Closet Ledger to Google Ads, Closet Ledger may access data from
the linked Google Ads account through the Google Ads API OAuth scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, including:
- Campaign and ad group information (names, status, budgets, bids)
- Keyword data, including match types and performance metrics
- Ad creative and sitelink information used for campaign management
- Account-level settings needed to execute requested changes
- Spend and performance reporting metrics requested by the owner
- Conversion and quality-related metrics available via the Google Ads API when needed
Closet Ledger does not request Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or other unrelated Google user data scopes. Closet Ledger does not scrape visitor browsing history through this website.
4. How Closet Ledger uses the data
Google Ads data accessed by Closet Ledger is used only to:
- Research and evaluate keywords for affiliate marketing campaigns
- Review available advertising metrics and spend
- Organize and update campaign information based on the owner's instructions
- Produce private working notes or spreadsheets for the owner’s own campaign planning
Closet Ledger does not:
- Sell Google Ads data
- Use Google Ads data to advertise to unrelated end users
- Use Google Ads data for creditworthiness or lending decisions
- Use Google Ads data to train generalized artificial intelligence / machine learning models
- Transfer Google user data to unaffiliated apps for those apps’ independent purposes
5. Storage and sharing
Campaign and keyword information processed by Closet Ledger may be stored in the owner's private Google Sheets workspace and/or processed temporarily in memory while a request runs. No Google Ads account data is published as a public database on this website. Data is shared only with Google services required to operate Closet Ledger (Google Ads API and, when used, Google Sheets). Closet Ledger does not share Google Ads data with other users.
6. Retention
Working copies kept in the owner's private Google Sheets are retained only as long as needed for campaign organization and are reviewed at least every 90 days. Temporary processing data is discarded when the request completes. The owner may delete retained copies sooner at any time. Authorization tokens are kept only while the connection remains active and are removed when access is revoked.
7. Deletion
To request deletion of Google Ads data processed by Closet Ledger, email contact at oppoclothes.com. The owner will delete applicable private spreadsheet copies and revoke related Google authorizations within 30 days of a verified request. You may also revoke Closet Ledger’s access in your Google Account permissions at any time, which stops further API access from this application.
8. Security
Access to Closet Ledger’s configuration and any stored working copies is limited to the owner. Communications with Google APIs use HTTPS. The public Closet Ledger website does not expose Google Ads account data in HTML pages available to anonymous visitors.
9. Google API Services User Data Policy / Limited Use
Closet Ledger’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs (including the Google Ads API) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained via restricted or sensitive scopes is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in Closet Ledger and described on the Closet Ledger homepage and in this Privacy Policy.
10. Children
Closet Ledger is not directed to children under 13, and the owner does not knowingly collect Google Ads account data from children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
